The health promotion facility mobile spa complex avoids the fixed hot spring spaces that cannot change over the years. It constantly rearranges the facility layout by incorporating various seasonal themes, events, and local themes. This is in response to the rapidly changing information age. The facilities and infrastructure are also mobile, and the environment is adaptable. Our authentic facility, with a focus on quality, provides comfort and high standards. We will operate area divisions sequentially based on theme settings. We simulate the timing of user fluctuations in advance and address off-season, weekday, and crowded weekend strategies with original software. We aim for efficiency through visitor numbers and energy control methods. Additionally, the equipment units for each themed block are analyzed and operated based on human participation psychology, without over-relying on the equipment. We do not over-invest in facilities. We connect and control through a unique minimal unit load control system that can analyze and manage guest numbers from reservation data. Unprofitable theme blocks can be quickly relocated or transformed.
